We coordinate outages for both commercial and residential customers, resolve project access issues, conduct face-to-face customer visits, and attend any external meetings to support execution of projects.
Customer Project Analyst will be responsible for all customer contact including pre/post work notifications, customer inquiries, customer complaints, coordination with internal and external, as well as capturing the data utilized for reporting. Our Customer Project Analysts excel at ensuring proactive communication for our clients, be it communication with customers or governmental agencies. Working with your internal marketing teams, we deliver timely coordination that focuses on the customer experience. Customer Project Analysts will also work with regional offices to update and manage all customer tickets generated from escalated complaints.
